One price for a custom pair
Every pair is cast and calibrated for your feet. I’ll give you the price at your free consultation, before anything is cast. The consultation costs nothing, there’s no deposit, and you’re under no obligation to order.
What the price covers
- The free 20-minute consultation
- Casting both feet
- A pair built and calibrated by Sole Supports
- Your finished pair mailed to your home
- Follow-up and adjustments whenever you need them
HSA and FSA
We take HSA and FSA cards. Custom orthotics are commonly an eligible expense, but plans differ, so check with your plan administrator if you’re unsure.
Insurance
For insurance, I’ll give you a superbill: an itemized receipt with the details your insurer asks for, which you can submit for possible reimbursement. Coverage for custom orthotics varies a lot from plan to plan, so if reimbursement matters to you, call your insurer before your appointment.
Additional pairs
Additional pairs ordered within three years of your casting are made from the same cast, so there’s no casting visit.
