One Visit to Get Cast. Your Orthotics Come to You.

1. Free consultation, 20 minutes

Book online at either office or call (435) 612-0411. At the visit I look at how you stand and walk, check your arches and the shoes you wear most, and ask where it hurts and when. By the end you’ll know whether I think orthotics will help. There’s no charge and no obligation.

2. Casting, at the same visit

If you decide to order, I cast both feet right then. I hold each foot in its corrected position and press it into a foam impression box. It takes a few minutes and doesn’t hurt. Sole Supports uses the cast, along with your weight, foot flexibility and activity level, to calibrate your pair.

3. Made and mailed in 1 to 3 weeks

Sole Supports builds each pair from the cast. Depending on their workload, it takes 1 to 3 weeks from casting. The finished orthotics are mailed straight to your house, so there’s no pickup visit.

4. Wearing them

Put them in the shoes you wear most and ease in. Most people adapt quickly. Some notice the extra contact under the arch for the first several days.

5. Follow-up whenever you need it

There’s no scheduled follow-up to sit through. If something feels off, call me and we’ll sort it out. If a pair needs adjusting, we adjust it.

More pairs later

Want a second pair for work boots or dress shoes? For three years after your casting, additional pairs are made from the same cast. After that, we recast.
