Three Visits. Built Around How You Actually Move.
Getting a properly fitted custom orthotic isn’t a one-and-done trip to a kiosk. It’s a process, and each step matters.
1. Consultation
We start with a conversation about what you’re dealing with, how you move, and where you’re feeling it. This visit is free, and there’s no obligation to move forward.
2. Casting
If custom orthotics make sense for you, we take a cast of your foot held in its ideal, corrected posture, not just an impression of how it sits right now. This is what makes Sole Supports orthotics different from a drugstore insole or a same-day scan.
3. Fitting
Once your orthotics are built, we fit them, check how they feel in your shoes, and make any adjustments needed so they work the way they’re supposed to.
Every step is done in person, by someone who has worn these orthotics daily for 20 years and knows exactly what they should feel like.
